Intended Use

COVID-19 Neutralizing Antibody FIA is an fluorescence immunoassay for the direct and qualitative detection of neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 in human whole blood, serum or plasma specimens. COVID-19 Neutralizing Antibody FIA is used with recommended Immunofluorescence Analyzers.

Principle

Application of Neutralizing Antibody

Test Procedure

1. Turn on the power switch, the system will check its hardware automatically

2. Insert ID card, Click "System setup"

3. Click "Project Management", system will import the test item information.

4. Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Label the test with patient or control identification.

5. Serum/Plasma: Using the provided disposable pipette, transfer 3 full drops of serum or plasma into the sample well of the test device.

6. Whole Blood: Using the provided disposable pipette, transfer 2 full drops of whole blood, and add 1 drop of buffer into the sample well of the test device.

Scheduled Test: Insert the test cassette and click "Standard Test". The analyzer will countdown automatically, and after 15 minutes, the testing result will be shown on the screen.

Immediate Test: Put the test cassette on a level platform, 15 minutes later, insert the test cassette and click "Quick Test". The testing result will be shown on the screen.
